Hi Team,
I have ordered Wishful by W Women Pink Self-Design Layered A-Line Kurta costing Rs 2519 and received an old used wrong product with Wishful tag not intact and when i placed return on the same day, they picked up on the 2nd day and later I received message my return request is put on hold and rejected as quality check failed. First of all Myntra sent me a wrong used product on what basis they check quality from customer side. I have returned as is with the tags. Now they have reshipped the wrong product back to me, and inspite of calling cutomer care for more than 10 times, there is no refund initiated at all. This is highly unacceptable. This is what kind of business Myntra is running to fool customer you charge high amount then send us wrong defective product and dont even accept return and refund. I am totally unhappy with Myntra. Please assist. I am attaching the pictures of what i received and what i had ordered.
