[Resolved]  Oyo Rooms — Provided voucher instead of invoice copy (Bill require)

Hi, I stayed with oyo rooms in Hotel Royal Inn city center Gwalior and Hotel Shurbi Naya Bazar Gwalior for 2 days in each of these mention properties. Hotel receptionists refused to provide the Invoice for stay, they suggested me to ask oyo to send Invoice and OYO will send the Invoice directly to you on mail. I applied the same process and OYO sent a Pdf file on the name of Invoice which has only my staying details and amount i paid with Voucher number. So, it is not an invoice, it is only a Voucher which has my staying details and tariff details. I called OYO of Invoice but they said we have only this format to provide you as invoice. I want a vaild Invoice for my stay from OYO with Proper Service tax/TIN number and Invoice Number as per the Laws of India. (As Bill/Invoice is only valid with TIN/Service tax number with calculation of tax in the Bill)

Give me an invoice as well. I have received the same voucher.
No customer support personnel is helping me out.
I will take legal action.
Get to doing your basic duty please.

I want the service tax no. AND THE TAX BREAKUP/CALCULATION!

I was stay at New Shanti Hotel (OYO FLAGSHIP 18363), Allahabad under the booking id JLE84834 on 13sept.21 but still i didnot get invoice copy. pl send it on
