Dear Team,
A complete disappointed I've booked my ticket for 2 people for today at 11.5. Bus was delay same was not even conveyed to me.
I called the concerne person he said bus is late & I've to wait till 2.30pm. i can't waste my time like this.
Such unprofessional aaproach by red bus. Atleast an text should be there for bus delay.
I've raised complain for the same.
I want complete refund.
