[Resolved]  Redbus — My complain

On 20th November 2021 I had booked 2 tickets for the date 20th from pondicherry to bangalore and on the same day I had cancelled the tickets unfortunately my uncle passedaway and refund due was promised to be credited within 3 days but it has been 9days and still did not get my amount
and also they mention i am travel in bus on that date but i did not travel how they can cheat as like this kindly take a action against this and also refund my amount asap
