We booked the ticket on 25.2.2016 from coimbatore to chennai in National travels. We booked for berth but while travelling the travels office alloted seater. we feel inconvenience in travelling national travels. we didnt get the refund money also. and we didnt travel in national travels on that date. national travels is worst travels. For making money they are selling tickets in their office as well. and same thing they are given in red bus also. so for one bus they are selling tickets in two different locations. we are totally disappointed with your service. we request national travels to be removed from red bus. otherwise you will be loosing your customers in future.
