I had booked a bus for my mother 62yrs old from Hubli to Pune in the Redbus site it allowed me to book and the bus was to leave Hubli at 3:20AM and my mom was waiting all alone at the stop from 1AM. At 3:25 when I called customer care to enquire, they told me the service was cancelled by the Bus Captain when I asked them the reason for it he told me the bus had already left at 2AM. When I questioned them about the timing, all they had to say to me was "Sorry mam, it passed Hubli early today." This is so disgusting. I am so furious right now, I already raised a request for refund last month but still no response at all from your end. Its highly disappointing that after all that we went through you'll as a company don't feel it necessary to take note of it and resolve it for us. More than the refund its the horrible service that is annoying me so much. If I do not receive a response and a refund within this week, I will be filing a complaint and also will make sure to put up these reviews on my site.
