[Resolved] Renault — complaining about inappropriate service at service center/vendor

I bought this car in may and never received my rc/number plate till i used my influence to get it after around 60 days. They started calling me for service very next day i started driving after i received rc. Service which needs to happen 25 kms away from where i stay. Recently i completed one year and gave it for third service and to my service they called me inform that it will happen 3 kms away from my place. Guess what they took my vehicle 35 kms away from city at mohanalganj and they brought it back consuming petrol of around 8 litres for just 70 kms. Horm stopped working within a day. They billed me for 1740, never gave a proper bill and informed that it will shared on whatsapp. Never received the bill and one fine i get a call from their gm asking for my rc number and other details as they had audit, they missed my bill. Even on that day i complained that my vehicle was picked for service and blah blah but he was insisting me to give my details required for audit and he will share the bill. This stupid behaviour from anand autotech and their service centers makes me crazy of not using their services. I own renault kwid one of the best
