[Resolved] Renault — incorrect billing, inadequate knowledge and lack of service

We bought Renault Capture on 7th March, 2019 from Vashi Showroom Navimumbai however billing was incorrect which we bought to the notice of the sales person on the same day however till date the same has been been rectified nor the documents have been handed over to us.
Repeated followups and reminder has not been fruitful
We are disppointed with the service
