Hello team. I am from hyderabad and own a renault kwid. I service it in membi motors as rao nagar. The problem i face is that every time i give the car for some problem, they delay to the core to deliver it back to me. The reason they say every time is that the parts have to come from chennai. The quality of service is very poor. Though i have a bumper to bumper insurance, still they charge me a heavy amount. When questioned that say certain things are not covered. Not sure if it is with insurance company or service center. Can some one do something to it.
