I have submitted application for renewing my driving licence two months back @ parivahan website.
Application no [protected] application submitted date on 12-Apr-2023.
As per rule, RTO offices should update status on or before 45 days in the portal once a user submitted an application in the Sarathi portal for renewing DL..
Please let us know the reason for holding my application for renewal of DL in the sarathi portal for more than 50 days.
As per my inquiry with Sarathi portal technical team, there is no technical issue at their end and user name GOWRAMMA G N
Counter No SUP5 is holding it @ RTO Bangalore (CENTRE), HSR LAYOUT.KARNATAKA.
So kindly update us, If it is already processed @ RTO office . so that we can track the same from our postal department regarding dispatched details of the renewed driving licence.
