Iam kawalpreet. I had purchased samsung galaxy s8 cost 57900rs on 30 june 2017 from day 1 itself its screen was defected showing some white and green lines moving from left to right and while playing website videos screen was distrubing.
I went to service center sec15, gurgaon on 14 july 2017 they said we will do software update and it will resolve the error and on next day they continously update my s8 2 3 times on a single day.
But after that problems even get increased now while charging my phone gets very hot (About to burn)! And after some times it gets complitely dead.
I asked them to replace my phone but they said u came on 15 day rather then 14th day
Please help me to replace
