This is for your kind information that i have purchased led tv on 15/09/2016 model ua40k5570aumxl serial no. 0a563zeh800682 from haldwani (Uttarakhand).
I found problem in hdmi port which is not working, informed to customer care, done all activities as instructed by technical staff of samsung through phone like software up gradation etc. Finally they decided to visit service engineer for physical checking.
In april 2017 mr. Chet ram (Samsung service engineer) visited khatima for checking. And conclude that 1 hdmi port not working. So he talked to service centre and ordered board.
There is no conversation by samsung till one month regarding this board replacement, so i called to mr chetram on 18 june for board replacement.
On 23rd june mr. Chetram visited again with board for replacement. He didn’t have proper tools to open led (Chetram told me that he didn’t have proper tools) so he damage led display during his work and also damage my personal 1 tb hard disk attached with led. He talked again in service centre and ordered led display for change.
Regarding this i talked with samsung persons many times named mr. Pranay & mr. Shafi ([protected]), mr. Puran ([protected]), haldwani service centre head mr. Rehan ([protected]), mr. Kamal for replacement of led and hard disk as both are damaged by samsung service engineer.
But nobody respond well with solution. They told me that due to gst samsung couldn’t change back cover as this is having serial no. As time going so finally i agreed with led and board replacement and ask to give solution for hard disk and extended warranty on parts changed by samsung but they refused again.
On 10 july after much conversation with samsung service centre and above mentioned persons, mr. Harish arya visit khatima with led display and board replacement only, and no solution for my damaged hard disk and extended warranty of led. During replacement he found back cover also damaged. He ordered again back cover.
As i found this is matter of irresponsibility and negligence of samsung service provider, so i talked with mr. Rehan (Service centre head haldwani), about this matter and mutually agreed to put damaged led display part with me in khatima up to complete resolving of this case. I gave him a written note having complete history and requirement from customer side which is mutually agreed with him.
On 12th july 2017 i visit haldwani service centre which is 100 km from khatima for conversation with mr. Rehan, but his response is very poor and disgusting, he behaves very badly, he refuse and misbehave for everything i asked. I talked with mr. Puran (Asm samsung) also on phone but no solution again; i send all pictures to mr. Puran regarding led, hard disk.
As samsung representative service engineer mr. Chetram is completely responsible for damaging my led and hard disk. I agreed with led replacement but after samsung service response and misbehaved by mr. Rehan i feel completely fed up, harassed and wasting my time by samsung service so i want replacement of my led tv with new one with warranty and replacement of my 1 tb hard disk damaged by samsung engineer.
I mail to ceo desk many times they call me 2 -3 times and study about case and finally i receive call ([protected]) on 15th july 2017 from samsung head office but she told me this is technical fault which is done by mr. Chetram manual mistake completely and no solution in this matter. She refuses to accept anything.
In this matter i feel samsung doesn’t have any responsibility after selling his product.
