Me and my parents have been getting harassing and threatening calls from an employee of Smart Customer Services Private Limited (www.smartcustomer.in) . His name is Kailash Tiwari (kailash.[protected]@smartcustomer.in) and the number from which he call is[protected]
He claims my brother who lives in Dubai has not paid his credit card bill of AED 8898.25 /- The credit was issued to him from a bank in Dubai by the name of RAK Bank UAE.
After I informed my brother he wrote an email to Kailash Tiwari copying me on the email, mentioning the amount has been paid and there is nothing outstanding, to which there was no reply from Kailash.
Today again Kailash called me up, and threatened me that he knows where I work and will inform my employers about this. I don't understand why is he doing this, I have not taken any loan or credit from anyone so why is he threatening me. Neither did I or my parents give any guarantee for the credit being extended to my real brother. Further my brother has written to them the credit card is paid by him and they should speak to him directly. He has even mentioned his direct contact number in the email. I have attached the email as a photo.
The credit card was issued in Dubai and I am based out of Gurgaon (Haryana). I am no way involved in this.
Kailash even calls up my retired parents and harasses them.
Can you please do something so these calls from Kailash stop.
