Respected Sir/Madam
My name is Vishnu prasad from Chennai, Tamilnadu. I'm an Alumni student from that University. For applying to my Higher studies, I want my MOI certification to get admission in the UK. so, I directly walk-in into the university USAB department and applied for an MOI certificate with 500 rupees DD from nearby bank(Yes Bank) on 25/01/2022. There are 2 ladies in the USAB department, who are treating the students in an unprofessional manner, they don't even give the proper answers to the queries and they treat me like a dog. I was very unsatisfied and ashamed of studying at this university. They didn't give me attention to my doubts and they didn't treat me with basic respect.
After applying for MOI Certificate, I also told them very clearly that it's a very important and Urgent document for me to get admission to the abroad university please don't make it late. so, They told me to come and collect the certificate on 01/02/2022. I called them on that day lot of times on this ([protected]) and they are not even responding to the calls. After calling them they attended my 32nd call and just told me that it was lunchtime call them after 2 pm. After calling them they told me that (2days full power shutdown) that's why we cannot process your certificate and told me to come on the next day (02/02/2022). I again called them more than 20 calls then after they answered my call and they simply said come after 2days. They are just simply wasting the student's (TIME, OPPORTUNITY) and literally they are spoiling the student's careers because of their unprofessional work.
NOTE:-
1. If a power shutdown is happening means how Landline mobile works without electricity for more than 2days?
2. Why they are treating the students in this way?
3. Why they are not giving basic respect to students?
4. Why are they working in an unprofessional way?
After all this problem I decided to complain to the Director USAB department

I tried to connect with him a lot of times calling that above-mentioned number even he is also not responding to my calls(20+ calls). so, Here I understand that the Pillar of the Department Dr M.Srinivasan is not a Responsible person then how the department staff will work properly.
So, I decided to register this complaint to the INDIAN CONSUMER COMPLAINT FORUM. Kindly please take strict action on this complaint against the USAB department in Madras university.
NOTE:- I'm registering this complaint as an Indian Youth generation student to create awareness for every student in India. And, nobody should face these kinds of problems in their Universities and lose their life-changing opportunity in his/her career.
