Zomato — complaint regarding delivery and refund

Yesterday night i have ordered palak paneer from wht a dish restaurant. The item didn't not get delivered and when i am trying to call delivery boy he didn't responded and switch off his mobile later. Even i didn't get any response from support team also when i contacted them. I didn't get refund also. Instead i got the response that the order has been delivered and rate us. This is ridiculous.
