Hi, i am using airtel since 2005 and recently i was asked to replace my sim card to 4g, i did as per their information but now in spite of staying in the heart of capital imphal, the speed of network is very pathetic or should say the speed is non less than 2g. I had requested several time to customer care and the reply was your complain had been recorded and would be rectified soon. Actually i was very fond of airtel service provider but...

I am facing this problem since many months before. My airtel no. Is [protected]
Which i have get ported to west bengal circle from delhi ncr circle in last year.
But i am not able to recharge this number, my balance is zero, so all outgoing events e. G call/message are blocked, this number is working only for incoming events and that is also fails in roaming, because this is my oldest number and it is registered...

I ported my number from kolkata to karnataka but currently i am unable to connect with 4g network where as 3g is working fine.
My phone is 4g enabled. I was using vodafone 4g previously. It was working fine. After porting my number to airtel post paid i am facing this issue.

I have contacted customer care several times but they could not provide any resolution to fix this issue. I am again planning to move to vodafone.br...

Dear sir,
My airtel bill of july 2017 is given ₹5612.04 which is unexpected because i don't use so much of internet or calling. I only use whatsapp and it doesn't need so much of internet and from last 10 months you track my bills it's very normal usages.
So i request you to please see what's the problem and solve it positively. Please do needful and to give proper bill as early as possible...

In last week 4 rupees something paise deducted from my airtel account. I called to customer care they agreed about that and registered my complain, and said you get your balance in 72 hours but yet i am not getting this balance. From morning i am trying to connect with customer care but unable to connect. Please cooperate and refund my amount otherwise i will file case in consumer forum. I have complain id.

Its been 4 days the sim provided from airtel store is not been active. 5 days back i lost my phone next day i reissue the no from airtel store they told me it will get started after 4hrs but next day i again went to airtel store coz it was not active they changed the sim and again told me to wait. Now its been 4 days i complained to customer care they are telling me its active and to wait it will resolve soon, really frustrated with this...

Please deactivate it and credit rs 49 back into my account.

Please make sure that you don't activate any services like this unless your customer type the sms and send it to airtel. Otherwise, it makes me believe that airtel is indulging in cheating its customers....

The airtel network provider is just giving fake promises to solve the network problems in kalyan and beyond kalyan circle. The airtel 4g speed is just upto 1 mbps beyond kalyan. I have submitted complaints 5 to 10 times for airtel network issues. The airtel porting request is rejected by airtel retention just giving fake promises to customers to solve the network issues regarding 4g data. Reliance jio is giving 4g signal beyond nasik and...
