cannot reach customer care executive with valid ivr options

Whenever i call on 121 on their customer care number, there are many options from 1 to 9, and they ask to select an option but whenever i select option 9 to speak to their executive, it says "oops it's an incorrect option"
There is no way to contact customer care executive as they are cheating with their customer.
This is worst service, as a customer i have no way to solve my problem....

I would like you to respond asap nd get my money refunded in the same bank account through which it was paid....

I had disconnected my airtel fixed line connection in may 2017 due to poor speed in my new residence location. Also i had paid the bill for the days i had used in my billing cycle for that month. 399 pack recharge but not get full benefits as shown in their pack

I recharge my airtel no on 2 july with their 399 plan, in this plan they offer 70 days free calling and 1 gb data per day. But on 20 july my internet stop working working. I called many time but they give me new setting. On 22 july when i called customer care they told me that you have recharge with third party (Paytm) becoz of that they will not provide me full benefits. I told them that this thing is not mention anywhere. But they dnt refund...

not getting refund and being abused by infinite solutions

Infinite solutions have taken my number from shine.com and now they are not reply and if they are picking then they are shouting on me and threatening me and saying that they wouldn't give me a refund.

They are now saying to give me a refund after 3 months and even saying wouldn't give a a refund if i keep calling.

I have applied twice in the last two months, for broadband.
The first time the agent took a cheque and documents, tried for three days could not provide the connection

Second time was just 4 days back, the agent took documents and cheque, and has disappeared, cant be reached on phone.

Most of the airtel agents are frauds and cheaters,
Airtel does not seem to be worried about the competition killing...
