They told me issue will resolve within 24 hours. But the issue was still after 4 days. After that my outgoing services also stopped without any information to me.

Every time I try to call the customer care numbers, but the reply from the Airtel is"you're not allowed to call this number". I told about this issue in Airtel. But they cannot solved this problem yet...

Fraud by Airtel in the name of 5G unlimited internet

I have been airtel sim and done recharge of 666 Rs which claims to provide unlimited 5G data, but it’s been a month they are not providing 5g unlimited data. I have 5G device and I am in 5g network area. In earlier recharge I was able to use 5g unlimited data but this time my daily data is getting exhausted. I have complained Airtel 3-4 times still there is no solution to my problem. Because of their fake claim I am not able to use internet....

Not working wifi

Number spoofed and used for spam and frauds

It's been two weeks that I have raised this issue with Airtel but even today I am getting calls from strangers saying that I have called them. I was asked by Airtel Nodal Officer to get a dupe Sim issued and even after that nothing changed. I even factory reset my phone and still no difference.

Please help in fixing the issue. Someone is misusing my number to a huge extent....

Bill problem and cheated by dedicated team

Am black customer in Airtel
i was promised by waiver of amount 600 from last 3 months..which dtc not used by me and i asked for re installation for that which they gave not done and not makd a note
morning i called dedicated team they told me to pay 2300/-in my bill of total 2699/-
again i called to 121 another person also told me to pay the same amount

Not refunding the registration amount

Waiver not provided

My Airtel fiber wasn't working for around 9-10 days in the previous month for which I was promised a waiver.. I called almost 15 times and each time I was told that I'll get the waiver but until today I haven't got it. Even drafted an email regarding this. The service of Airtel fiber has been most pathetic recently. I had to call many times but there is no help from them. I have decided to stop using Airtel and I'm not going to pay them anything...

Voice special numbers

Airtel is charging a customer in the name of "voice special numbers" even when the customer has not made the call. It is their internal system and they are duping the customer by making false self-initiated calls to their internal numbers. There has to be an option of deactivating such calls but deliberately they are not providing the option of deactivating such calls.
It is a fraudulent act by Airtel and needs to be stopped.

I have done my Digital tv recharge on 06.07.2023. But the transaction was get into failed and discussed the customer care people to check this. Airtel Broadband connection shifting policy

I took connection of 6 month with paying 3533 Rs on 26th June 2023 and got sifted to new location in the same city and tried to shift my connection as well but after so many call with customer support and mails to the airtel team the connection is not sifted yet and they are saying you want to do consumer complain you can do that.
