I got a bill for ₹1250 for this month. When asked about the break up of the bill they said ₹500 has been charged because of excess use of internet where as i was given total 10gb data free of cost to use (Have screenshots as well). I got this message from airtel though i have submitted all the same documents that i have provided while porting my number

I have been frequently visiting the airtel service center showroom located in chennai, puzhal branch related to mobile portability from aircel to airtel, also related to my other airtel numbers.

The employees located in that branch are really worst and they are not doing their work properly. (I always see a guy and two girls) totally irresponsible.

I have been keenly watching their activities...

Hi,
I have airtel post paid connection from more than 7 years.in last bill i noticed a hike of rs100 in total postpaid bill. When i see the details billing i got shocked as i see rs 50 charged twice for sms-others.

On 8.7.2017 i attempted recharge of rs 104 from my mobile banking for data recharge. The amount was deducted from the bank but recharge failed. Immediately i attempted the second time. Change of postpaid sim to prepaid

I had applied for a transfer of sim from postpaid to prepaid convertion and as the sim is from west bangal and it is to be converted to prepaid sim of bihar. So we submitted all the related documents which was asked from us but even after a month no action pp pm pq is taken and response is given to us. They even charge us 50 rs for sim convertuon which i think is not required.
Kindly response the request as soon as possible....

Airtel 4g network issue - customer support not good

I had activated monsoon offer of 10gb for 3 months. Soon after that my net stopped working and usage was showing 10gb in just seconds (Wonder how). After 3 days customer care told it is due to 3g sim. I immediately changed to 4g sim but still it did not work. Went to airtel showroom in person and got the phone checked. It was not an issue with phone. Tried the sim in another 4g phone still it did not work. Customer care people keep just saying...
