I have recharged 349 & 399 plan for my prepaid number [protected] for unlimited local + std calling as i received this offer detail in message from airtel, but in message it was not mentioned that plan will not work in roaming. My recharge went waist as i was unable to make calls in roaming. This is fraud and cheating with customer from airtel, they put hidden conditions in the offer....

Who so ever here to read this complaint, myself dr. Simrandeep singh using 2 airtel numbers, one since 10 years and 2nd one since 3 years, i had put complaint about network quality few weeks back using same staring words. My airtel prepaid mobile no. Is [protected]. Today at 11.04 am i recharge my said no. With rs 100 from my airtel app the app show that recharge of rs 100.00 and get full talk time of rs. 100.00 but credited my mob balance only 84.58 paise. Then i talk to customer care executive and he said that this type of offer not available in my mob. No. So i request that please take action against this type of fraud system.

I got my phone stolen in howrah-mumbai mail (12809). I want to block my airtel no [protected] in the name of (Arpita roy chowdhury). The sim was prepaid. From kolkata. The no was [protected].
Please help me to do the same and issue a duplicate prepaid sim on behalf. I will be highly obliged if you block and issue a duplicate sim of airtel on the same number.

Sir i want to reverse the balance which i have wrongly toped up the wrong amount of 449 so i want to reverse the amount to my demo. Otherwise i[censored] can't reverse this action than u can change the amount tobe topped up 449. My details of Wrong number [protected] amount 499 transaction id [protected]

I did recharge through my mobile from my airtel app on number [protected].
The transaction was successful but recharge failed due to server issues. I got a message from airtel on screen, they will refund my money in next 2 hours. But then i received message on [protected] that i will get my money back within 7 days in my account.
First message :-
"dear customer, your refund for your recharge transaction on 25/06/2017 date...

I went twice to airtel office on ecr, chennai (Rto office) to provide my aadhar details to link with my airtel prepaid no. This is based on the sms i received to link my mobile with aadhar. The airtel staff in this office are not helpful. They do not know what is the procedure and what is needed to be done. Is anybody listening?

The said mobile number is under my name gyanender saxena. It has lost signal s frequently for many hours and shows the message "emergency calls only" whereas at the same place and time, the other sim of airtel shows full signals. It causes me lots of problems and i missed many important calls. Regarding this i tried to resolve the issue by airtel customer care. Against this they send the settings which didn't become fruitful. Kindly resolve...

At the time of registration my mail id had been wrongly registered with an extra 'a'. So i am not receiving any mail from the beginning. My efforts to rectify the error at your office has failed

I purchased the 399rs plan for my prepaid airtel connection a couple of weeks ago, under which i should be getting 1 gb data daily for 70 days and free std calls. But somehow my internet is not working. Also when i call someone from my phone, it says insufficient balance, but the call connects and happens. When i check my balance, it shows 0 rs talktime and 1024 mb internet. But despite that i am not able to use it. Please look into this...

Airtel had given an offer for hotspot double data plan in which airtel charged rs 3200 for three months as postpaid plan after first month at the time of billing airtel as charged rs 500 more even without consumer knowledge or information

This is a purely cheating of consumers

By this i am informing others not to show any interest in airtel product s and also raising a complaint...

I have registered a complaint regarding the mobile network issue, my 4g is not working fine. I registered this complaint on 19th june complaint number is 77113199. Till date i didn't get any resolution for the same daily i have to call customer care to know the status of the complaint but the customer care agent don't know anything and they don't do anything. They talk like a parrot "we are here to take complaint only we can't do anything...

We have been facing signals issue from past 3-4 months and we have bring to your notice many times calling to airtel customer care and lodged the complaint but till now the issue has not been resolved.in reference to one of our mobile number [protected] you can check how many times we have been raised the complaint but in return we only got the message from airtel that our signal issue complaint number so and so has been resolved for our satisfaction...

Recently i charged rs. 293 on 21 jun 17. For 1gb - 4g data @84 days. Presently iam not getting data and speed on my no. [protected].
In addition to. That through customer care numbers, we are unable to communicate with customer executive for assistance. There are no option to contact customer service representative. It's very disgusting situation.

We have organize my postpaid mobile bill an number of [protected] and we have accepted unlimited plan 499/- + sevice tax (Including unlimited std, roaming, etc) but this month we received airtel bill an amount of rupees 834/- so, till date we can't pay we request to you please solve the problem. So, i will go ahead the bill clear.

I will try to explain you my problem and hope an action will be taken on it.

1. I have given request for porting of my vodafone number [protected] to airtel and my porting was done on 9th june 2017.
2. After that i got complaint from many of my client that they are calling me on my number but it showing my number is not valid.
3. I have visited to arc on 10th june at virar (Mumbai) he said...

I applied for new broadband connection in airtel and paid 1553rs to airtel in apr 30th and they promised we will provide internet with in a week after one week i got a call from customer care they said we don't have proper network we will refund your money in 10 days.
After their promise two months is over but still i didn't get money in to my account

Every time they are extending time but nothing is happening
