349 plan does not work in roaming, not mentioned on offer detail

I have recharged 349 & 399 plan for my prepaid number [protected] for unlimited local + std calling as i received this offer detail in message from airtel, but in message it was not mentioned that plan will not work in roaming. My recharge went waist as i was unable to make calls in roaming. This is fraud and cheating with customer from airtel, they put hidden conditions in the offer....

With rs 100 from my airtel app the app show that recharge of rs 100.00 and get full talk time of rs. 100.00 but credited my mob balance only 84.58 paise. Then i talk to customer care executive and he said that this type of offer not available in my mob. No. So i request that please take action against this type of fraud system.

I got my phone stolen in howrah-mumbai mail (12809). I want to block my airtel no [protected] in the name of (Arpita roy chowdhury). The sim was prepaid. From kolkata. The no was [protected].
Please help me to do the same and issue a duplicate prepaid sim on behalf. I will be highly obliged if you block and issue a duplicate sim of airtel on the same number.

Wrong recharge reverse

I need my money back immediately...

I did recharge through my mobile from my airtel app on number [protected].
The transaction was successful but recharge failed due to server issues. I got a message from airtel on screen, they will refund my money in next 2 hours. But then i received message on [protected] that i will get my money back within 7 days in my account.
First message :-
"dear customer, your refund for your recharge transaction on 25/06/2017 date...

I went twice to airtel office on ecr, chennai (Rto office) to provide my aadhar details to link with my airtel prepaid no. This is based on the sms i received to link my mobile with aadhar. The airtel staff in this office are not helpful. They do not know what is the procedure and what is needed to be done. Is anybody listening?

Airtel prepaid plan 399 rs

I purchased the 399rs plan for my prepaid airtel connection a couple of weeks ago, under which i should be getting 1 gb data daily for 70 days and free std calls. But somehow my internet is not working. Also when i call someone from my phone, it says insufficient balance, but the call connects and happens. When i check my balance, it shows 0 rs talktime and 1024 mb internet. But despite that i am not able to use it. Please look into this...

Hotspot double data plan

Airtel had given an offer for hotspot double data plan in which airtel charged rs 3200 for three months as postpaid plan after first month at the time of billing airtel as charged rs 500 more even without consumer knowledge or information

This is a purely cheating of consumers

By this i am informing others not to show any interest in airtel product s and also raising a complaint...

Unresolved network complaint

I have registered a complaint regarding the mobile network issue, my 4g is not working fine. I registered this complaint on 19th june complaint number is 77113199. Till date i didn't get any resolution for the same daily i have to call customer care to know the status of the complaint but the customer care agent don't know anything and they don't do anything. They talk like a parrot "we are here to take complaint only we can't do anything...

In addition to. That through customer care numbers, we are unable to communicate with customer executive for assistance. There are no option to contact customer service representative. It's very disgusting situation.

Airtel not refunding my money
