Refund for airtel Xtreme which is not installed

Address:Hyderabad

I applied for airtel Xtreme internet and paid 1768 on 5th December but later I have been said by their official person that it's not available in my area. And I'll get refund within 2 days. Whenever I contact them, they say that my complain raised and I'll get refund in 7 days but now it's a month and I haven't got refund till now. Try to resolve my issue as soon....

Data Mismatch

Am suprised to see that my complaint has not yet been answered from Airtel end. Had complained the above subject with Ref No. I-ICHIB29EM almost 20 days back and reminded again last week with Complaint No. I-ICI2OGQBE with Ref No. C[protected]. Am once again reminding now and hope you would resolve the same.

Airtel upi payment

Hi,
Myself Anoop Suseel, hereby raising an issue regarding the Airtel upi payment which had occurred to me on[protected]:28:50 of trasfer of Rs. 3000/- with transaction I'd:[protected]
Since I don't have the Airtel wallet, I have used the Airtel upi to transfer the amount.
After the payment, the status showing was " Payment Initiated. Reversal failure unable to process (96)"

Broadband service not disconnected

I have asked them to disconnect since I have moved out of the city after lockdown. They offered me 3 months free safe custody to see if the connection can be resumed once they open the office. But the very next month which is January 2022, I’m seeing the bill for my account. They don’t respond to my email as well. I can’t pay for something which I have not asked for or used...

We don't have proper signal in our Area(MIG COLONY ,BHEL,HYD)

We don't have proper signal in our Area(OLD MIG COLONY, BHEL, RAMACHANDRA PURAM, HYDERABAD) . Due to no proper singal we are unable to access the data and call .
We are facing this issue from long time .. We have \nearby tower but not receiving any signal from it
Please take action on this and make a resolution faster...

We are facing network issues in our areas. It is very hard to talk a call. We are unable to attend our office meetings with this speed. And even can't take a call. We have to go to upstairs if call received, then also voice is breaking. Everyone is facing this issue surrounding. No network providers are providing the good service in our area. It is good to yours company and to us, if you provide the good service....

No internet after number port to Airtel from Vodafone

Hi,
I recently port my number from Airtel to Vodafone. I got network and able to make calls but no internet access.
When I dialed 121, they registered complaint and they asked me to wait for 8 days to resolve the issue.
Is Airtel expecting me to spend 8 days without internet? Can they operate their business without internet for 8 days?
I was shocked with this reply....

Due to poor network issue we are facing many problems

I'm complaining about weak network connection in my village.in my village it's is very tough to get network signal, we are climbing hills to get network connection. Some times we are getting the signal outside of our homes that only 2g signals even that also not connecting properly, voice breaking, signal drops like this we are facing so much problem. Delay in plan changes and generating incorrect bills

I had requested for the regular six monthly plan change three months back. But airtel kept on generating monthly bills, after calling numerous times to customer care, they kept informing plan has been changed. I am paying unnecessary taxes on each bill generated. They raise complaints and close by themselves without calling and checking with customer.
Recently the raised disconnwction request on account by themselves while the payment...

Money deducted but not recieved by party

I manigill has done a payment of 500 rupee from my Airtel payment bank on 29 December having utr no[protected].
But the amount has not been recieved by the party.
I tried calling Airtel payment bank customer care but they told me the payment is already done.
They informed me to ask third party bank but third party refused they don't recieved any payment.
I want my money bank as soon as possible....
