Airtel often provides misleading and undisclosed hidden terms and condition attached with the offers of mobile services which often results in paying for those services but not receiving the mentioned services from their end. the latest one among them is the offer mentioning unlimited local and std calls offered for a limited period of 28 days against a payment of 345 INR. i have been constantly receiving notifications about this offer consecutively...

Deducted 125 rs on airtel nexgtv

Amount is deducted through my balance on yesterday night where as i didn't want to activate this service. Hope that amount will revert back in my balance. Unnecessarily this service is activated n you need to alert of service charges to avoid such type of troubling issues to customers. Resolve n refund back this amount in my account balance....

Horrible network coverage

I had switched from Vodafone to Airtel for better network coverage but it turned oout to be nightmare.I work near TCS yantra park thane west where there is zero network of Airtel.Neither calls nor internet is connected.Entire day in office I am not able to use my phone.Care to alteast check your reachability before selling your SIM cards to customer.Urgently send your network operator and get this area scanned for network....

4g sim issue

My 4g worked good for the first 4 days after that it suddenly stopped working.
I am in an area with excellent 4g coverage of airtel.
