I want to disconnect my Airtel landline connection and internet connection. I have previously lodged an application, on phone, but no action has been taken yet by Airtel company.

I have been trying to get 4g network but i am only able to connect to 3g i tried complaining in Customer care but they keep on saying it will be solved by tomorrow. I have been experiencing this problem since 1 week. I might be experiencing this maybe longer but i started using Internet for past 1 week and i have 0 connection. This problem also came while i was in roaming, pilani rajasthan.
1 more problem that i have is when i turn...

I have recharged with the amount of 200Rs .till date i have not received the recharge amount, Still its showing as 0 balance.

In my airtel bill for the period: 26-Feb-2017 to 25-Mar-2017 bill no:[protected], it was showing i send international sms to the number:[protected], 7 times. Details below:

I made a data pack recharge online at www.airtel.in on 27th March 2017 for Rs 256/-

However the recharge has not been credited to my phone no.

The ref code from my bank is INB/[protected]/CITRUS PAYMENT SOLUTION P.

Have changed postpaid to prepaid...Since then my outgoing is stopped.. Incoming is fine..Have visited number of times to airtel store... Changed SIM and handset...Still not working... .No definite answer has been given to me...When my issue will get resolved

My airtel fixedline ID[protected]_dsl and my wifi is not working from last two months. After so many attempts to complain and visits by airtel engineers, the problem still remain the same. The engineer said the DP of wifi connection is working and so he took away it with him.since then, it has not been repaired and airtel is generating the bill amount. Hi, I would like to bring to notice regarding a bitter experience with Airtel recently. I registered for broadband connection before 3 months and I wire transferred 3 months bill amount in advance to the Airtel Agent since he suggested I would get free installation. On 30/09/2016 I got an SMS from Airtel (AG-NTAROT) saying that Rs. 95 internet pack, 380 MB 3G valid for 14 days has been renewed. Post free usage, charges @ 40p/10 KB.
