so I want to disconnect my connection. My plan is completing on 29th of this December. Hence i request you to please disconnect it as soon as possible.

I tried to reach airtel for reorienting dth antenna after Vardah cyclone. No one responded. On 21st December 2016 I sent an email and got a response and a complaint number was registered.

This was the response I got from Airtel.

Am facing problem with my airtel mobile number, I have given complaints so many times but my problem not resolved from 2 months.please look on to my complaint as early as possible.

We have a DTH with consumer number [protected] and we presently on leave and do not want to recharge till we come back. However, we are receiving message that u are automatically recharging the account every three days and expect us to pay when we come back. This is not understood and unwanted. I spoke to shivani, ur customer care representative few minutes ago. I called in to deactivate 1 gb offer that was activated on my number. She deactivated it without checking that it was associated with 9gb handset offer with the phone. Complain details: Before porting my number from Vodafone to Airtel Airtel Executive explain to me that with My plan 199 Corp. I will be given 1GB 3G DATA and after 1GB it will be unlimited in 2G Speed upto 128Kbps. But now after porting I came to know that it is only upto 40kbps . Many times I tried to contact Airtel but no one has taken any step regarding this....

With reference to the above subject i have complained to customer care but non have taken the responsibility in solving the problem, instead executives behaved very rude with me.. Its almost a month now... Airtel have least concern about their customers.
I have updated message center number, i have even tried using the sim in many other phones and the result was same outgoing sms have stopped...

I am not receiving any SMS from any network, further I am not getting messages from various banks, IRCTC, makemytrip etc. This problem started from 18 Dec 2016 so i replaced the new sim on 20 Dec 2016.
