I have applied for broad band on sep 4th 2016. I asked the executive about feasibility and connection availability in my location. He said i have the same for my location. I had applied for a airtel broadband connection and had paid rs 1000 advance as installation charges, but due to technical issues the airtel team could not install the connection. Later i received an email from airtel, in which they had provided a link in which i was asked to upload my bank account details along with a cancelled check, so that the amount can be credited to my account directly.

We are extremely depressed with airtel poor response for customer grievance, we are facing network issue since last 2 months but they are not providing any dead line for resolving the issue, all the time just giving false commitment that they are working on it whereas we are finding no any improvement's in service (Ref. I am having airtel mobile non +91 [protected], i have made recharge for 1 GB - 3g Data pack to the above mobile for Rs265/- this transaction was made vide my tax id No.[protected] today 12.00 PM and this amount was deducted from SBI account, but recharge was not made. Kindly look into the matter and recharge immediately.

I had applied for Airtel MyPlan 199 and paid INR 300 as activation charge to the Airtel agent on 22/09/2016. Same day I forwarded my Porting code as well.

After many times of follow up, he could not give me any satisfactory answer why my connection is not activated, so I asked for refund my money as my porting expired.
He is not refunding money even. Please find the proof....

Hi,
I was using the Airtel No. [protected], 4 - month ago they charged on Rs.500/ for data service while I had not uses the same, As I had taken the plan of 299 in which 1.6 GB data plan was available. I never uses more than this.
So I did several correspondences with Airtel to correct the bill but they don't do and started adding this extra amount with others charges like late penalty in next every bill. I did not paid such...

Please note that I made a call to toll-free free number of Tata docomo [protected], and there has been a balance deduction of RS 8 ??. Please see the attached screen shot which clear ly shows it's a toll free number.
I spoke to your representatives but I didn't get any fruit ful resolution.
I don't understand why every time airtel is deducting such amount...

I am upset with this network is been 7months poor net work quality . And forget about the 4g . If we are recharge for 4g instead of 4g we r getting E signal .waste of money and time . U people are jus boasting around regarding you network .I stay in kochi near airport ..but you have not fixed Your so called airel tower . I think all the advertising is fake of airtel.

am not getting Internet fro 6 days .had a complaint number (#[protected].when am calling to customer support they are always giving only one good answer.i.e Sir we will solve your problem with in 24 hrs.

As i said above.calling to customer support from 6 days and escalating .But no use and not getting any trustble answers.
