I have a MyPlan with Airtel and recently increased by 3G data quota. After 2 weeks when I was about to get my bill - I never received any bill e-mail. I checked my 3G pack and I had 80% balance available. 5 days back when I checked I had consumed 70% but I was on 2G. Hi, i have posted my problem for airtel company on your site. I got a call from number [protected] named fruad. He asked me about my creditcard no, expirty date & cvv number. I have never got such bull before. Somebody is asking about your cvv number. He told me he is calling from bank of baroda company. I dont think it is from sol. Look into it. Somebody try to get benefits from your site.

I purchased new Airtel 4G postpaid device from kochi executive Mr.Jaleel on 11-apr.2016.According to him my connection was suppose to activated within one day, but after 5 days my number is not active.

Benefits not received on the recharge of Rs. 997 on 4-April-2016. As per Airtel plans this recharge consists of Monthly Internet pack on International roaming but I didn't received any benefits. Additionally they are saying that some other service has been activated.

I have had a very bad experience with Airtel broadband connection since March 23rd my connection was suspended. i had gone for a vacation that was the reason i was not able to raise an issue but when i returned on 29th, i had raised an complained regarding the same.
