When I contacted Airtel - 198 - I have been put onto a floor supervisor by name Mr Swamy. He tells me that my number has been recharged with 100 MB net balance instead of talk time. When I asked him how this happens he said that he cannot do anything about this and refused to register my complaint.

I'm experiencing this very often by AirTel. I could understand now how AirTEl became such a big service provider. A plan which is never use full for the users but looks silky. Example: They have introduced Auto Renewal. This will only renew if it expires! Good Option but all data which we have will be gone! Then why the hell should i go for this auto renewal? rather i could make it myself and retain the data. This is all just money sucking...

Fraud deduction of amount for change of base pack of airtel dth

I opted base pack of Rs 230 for airtel DTH but airtel changed it to Rs.270 without my consent .when i changed it through my airtel account they deducted 230 Rs. from my balance. My balance was 495.88 today but now it is showing 265.88. deduction of 230 rs from my balance is fraud. Kindly return my balance of rs. 230 and change my pack from Value standard to value prime or pack of least amount.
