This is a complaint regarding mismatch in what is being offered in My Airtel app and the benefit extended to me. I get messages giving links to install My Airtel app almost daily. I recharged whatsapp pack and I can see balance is 200MB. When I turn on and turn off Data in my phone, it always charging from my main account balance. I tried contacting customer support but no one is picking up calls and they are even charging for those calls also. I waited and 15min but there was no response. Im very disappointed with service....

Ave 2 Airtel connections since long ( [protected] & 9650...) with an average monthly billing of around Rs 2000 each.

Had called up the customer care at 121 on 20th June for an upgrade of data package from 3 GB to 5 GB. It was assured by the executive that there is an offer of the 5GB plan at Rs 700 which was accepted at my end.


I just received an alert today that my 3 gb has expired and the data usage...

I have been using 4G LTE WiFi for a long time now. But recently I noticed that the Company has charged "Value Added Services" Rs.274 for the month of July, whereas I had not made any request for activation of any such service. And so far as my knowledge goes, such services cannot be used on 4G LTE WiFi - I think it is for mobiles only. I was deducted approx. Rs. 85 on 13th July 2015 from my airtel number ([protected]) from my service provider (Airtel). As per my inquiry on 16 of July, I was informed that it was due to my internet usage. As per them, My 3G data available because of my last recharge was ~ 19 MB. I made a usage og ~ 27 MB.
