Online Recharge Failed but Money edited from my Bank

I just did an online recharge for my friend with details:
Number: [protected]
Amount: Rs.200 -Full Talk Time
Bank: HDFC Internet Banking

The payment was debited from by bank a account but the phone was not credited with the amount.

I hope this error be rectified as soon as possible.

International roaming not working

Whatsapp 43 rupee not activated

Recharge of net pack not activated

I have done a recharge of rs. 186/- towards net pack on 29 jun 2015 still my netpack is not activated. I tried to contact customer care but of no use no response from them. . I have been using this airtel from 2009 i always face these kind of problems how can you expect me to refer to service others.

Number does not exists after porting to airtel

I have been calling the customer care for the past 2 days and go through the IVRs but when i want to talk to the customer care executive by pressing 9(as instructed by IVR) the recording say you will be charged for the call.and connects when i agree to it. I am having a post paid data card [protected]. I was getting only 100 Rs per month as I was not using it. And I was getting mails and sms regarding bill every month. Till April 13th as per the SMS received from Airtel my outstading amount was 224 + data usage of 300 MB exceeding the lower limit. ie. 224+Aprils 100+April 300MB = 500 Rs approx.
