Airtel prepaid not getting activated

Hi Team,

My prepaid#[protected] is converted from postpaid to prepaid connectivity 15days ago. Post this convertion, prepaid connectivity is not getting activated.

I have visited airtel store(Kormanagala4th block) twice and got update from the Airtel team that my number will get activate in 24hrs. But my number is still inactive state from past 15days.

Lack of Response and Assistance With Flawed Service

Fraud deduction on internet usage

My airtelprepaid balance rs 128/- has been deducted in one go for usage of internet,
