Airtel Unable to deliver my paper bill after 2 months follow up

First I would like to say that it is one of the worst service I have ever seen. I am looking for my old bills on my registered address and whenever I call/send mail I get response that sir within 5 days you will get these. It is more than 2month with no luck. When I sent mail to close my connection then nobody response, It is really frustrating. I want to close my connection as a big company Bharti Airtel do not able to send paper bill....

I have bought this dongle one month back, and gave my bangalore address for verification, as no one visited the house for verification (They used call for address, but never turn up). I have bought this dongle in Manyata tech park, and now the airtel guy from whom i got this dongle is not responding, and he is so aroggant and chllenging me to complaint aginst him....

Hai my name k. Pradeep kumar. I ordered airtel digital tv online in offcial airtel wbsite on 15.11.2014 at 3.03pm. I got message and confirmation that payment had received and they had given customer id : [protected].. But still now it is not installed.

As per live chat i had done with airtel representative they said definetely with in 4-6 hours it will be installed. But till now no one called and nothing happened..
