I would like to raise the same complaint for my Airtel prepaid phone number bearing [protected]. Inspite of having sufficient balance I am unable to make calls and I am also getting an automated reply as ‘U HAVE INSUFFICIENT BALANCE TO MAKE A CALL and gets disconnected. I have faced a lot of problems because of it, unable to make important calls at most urgent times.

I recharged my number using my airtel app on March 20. but the payment status is still in progress since the last 3 months. I tried to raise the complaint in the myairtel app but to no avail. Attaching the screenshot of the same....

I have recharged my wife's mobile with ₹479 packs in Morning at 07.06.2023 but the pack was not activated & and I tried to call Airtel executive by their customers service number 121 but it was not working and also tweeted them and sent messages on Instagram but they not responded.
I need either the pack to be activated or refund my money....

I am receiving blank calls every day from the following series of numbers:

Not just from these numbers alone, but sometimes from random numbers as well.
This is becoming a nuisance! I would like these calls to stop. Kindly do the needful....

UPC cannot be generated as there are subsisting contractual obligations with your service provider. Please contact your service provider for further assistance....

I had recharged Airtel prepaid account with 239 recharge plan . This recharge was done by mistakely by me . Sorry for the inconveniences
