Airtel Post Paid Mobile No - not working.
must be for upgradation of the existing SIM card.
present sit - lock down and unable to go to airtel store.
PROBLEM- this was primary number, and I am govt servant, this numbeer is very important as I was using this with official purpose also.

No help from Airtel CC, however i ve wasted solid many hours calling them.
all calls to CC have been recorded also...

Hi I had applied for my old sim [protected]. Airtel employee in Malakpet (name- nisar) said they can give post paid for activation of my sim card. i have asked to add my local address for my postpaid bill as it is my current address. But they have not added and not responding properly.

I am Using airtel Number from last 10 year
but from this last 2 months Suddenly SIM has stopped working
I am working in UAE, not able to visit India to get sim
I have sent my Family member to airtel store for Re issue new SIM
but store executive denied to give
they need my signature
Even i have called Customer care 2-3 but not able speak after 15-20 call on hold

My Airtel prepaid sim card is working only in this present mobile phone. I tried to use this sim in another device, it was showing that sim is locked. So, I called customer care, got my PUK, entered it. But still it is showing that the sim is unusable contact your carrier. What should I do now?...

We from andaman as PortBlair, we took duplicate sim No.[protected] issued 20/05/2021 but no network and we trying customer care calling but no response Sir, please take a necessary action....

I was a customer of Vodafone one year ago due to their poor network and internet facility I ported my sim into Airtel network but still I am having same problem with this network.
I already complaint in customer care but they did not resolve my issue.
Today it goes beyond my tolerance limit there is no internet today. if they will not take any action I will file case in consumer court.

I had requested for airtel xstream broadband connection on 17th may 2021 and made the payment online. they promise to service their customers within 24hrs.
but, I did not get any response from airtel team until 21st may and on 21st may i got a SMS stating that the connection request cannot be processed and the payment is not refunded to my account....

My sim shows no network service after recharge and validity available. Tried to contact customer care, many emails were drafted etc. No response. That number is been used since last 10 years..the airtel number is [protected]....

I got this number 3 years back but still I get calls from people asking for Pardeep. Mpaytm app also shows this number registered on some Pardeep.

I tried to send port message to 1900 from my Airtel number by using format - PORT [protected]. How ever the messages are not being sent, it shows sending failed. I have tested sending messages to other numbers and it works but messages sent to 1900 are being blocked. I have talked to Airtel customer care who repeatedly states that they couldn't find any reasons why port messages wouldn't be delivered. Please help...

I am not having any network for weeks now. I had informed airtel already but they seem to be only working on this. No resolution. The network bars are totally blank. I am not able make or receive calls. The airtel app is not doing right diagnosis and says may be Volte is not turned on and saya may be SIM is not in right slot. I am literally fed up now...

Warm welcome! We are using your services for very long period.. But for the past 6 months we are facing many problems.. Eventhough we have a data of 2gb per day we can't able to use those facility as ur network is dead slow and signal problem.. We are almost now dissatisfied with ur services.. I have paid for 499 fiber pack but in my area there is no fiber connection please kindly add fiber in GHAZIBAD UTTAR pradesh many people want the fiber connection my area but because of low internet speed there are not interested i have only 25mbps speed with is too low please add fiber connection there thank you....

I ordered fasttag from airtel payment bank and it shows delivered but it hasn't received it to me. On 9th May 2021, I have purchased Fastag for my vehicle but unfortunately the status still showing order validating.
When the status will change to Order placed and further. Kindly resolve it. I already paid and cash back also received to my Airtel wallet....

I did a recharge for my wife through my airtel app.the payment was initiated through paytm.the money has been already deducted as the photo attached from Paytm clearly shows that the airtel bank has successfully received the payment.but my recharge has not been done yet.all the services has been discontinued.this is not at not tolerable.see to this asap....
