Can't use internet and make a call

From past 2 years we have network problem in our street, even after complaints have been given problem has not been solved, we are not able to use internet and not able to call. Please resolve this soon.

Recharge plan not working

I have recharged my Airtel number - [protected] using Google pay with 399/ and the amount was deducted from my account . But the recharge is not reflecting in Airtel thanks app, neither my plan is working!!! I need the refund . Your toll free number are also not working. Very poor service Airtel!!
I'm attaching the screenshots below as a proof of amount deduction from my account....

NO SIGNAL No network

I am using airtel number and today the issues are at another level, no signal in my phone no network only emergency calls is showing. I sent email, i complaint on airtel thanks app but the issue is not resolved yet . The email said call 121 i am not able to recieve and make calls not even to 121 . Its actually disappointing . Look after the issue and solve it as soon as possible ....

Deactivation request delay

I requested for deactivation of Airtel broadband connection on 02 May 2021. Airtel app is showing the resolution date as 16 Jun 2021. Why 45 days required for deactivating a service. This is not fair. Trying to reach airtel customer care, they aren't giving proper response. Why should have to extra 45 days.

Network No service

Iam using airtel network for more than 8 years.Currently i moved to UAE during the time i recharged International roaming pack for 1 month and i used for 1 month. Happens every month without fail. Recurring issue. Airtel not doing enough to fix their payment issues.. Payment completed successfully but Airtel selfcare doesn't show up as success. Airtel please spedn more on your software portal and fix your basic issues....

About recharge plan

Hello Airtel Team,

I have recharged the same Airtel number twice as it had shown payment failed status initially! But later when I checked, even the first payment was successful!

I have recharged using Amazon pay with INR 399.

Can I get this amount refunded or, can the second pack be used after the first pack expires?

Please let me know on this!...

Reactivating my broadband

I was told that i have to pay the due amount for reactivating my broadband and i did what i was told. But aftr the transatcion is completed i have been trying to reach airtel customer care but they are not replying my e-mails and calls please help as i am not able to use the benefits of my broadband....

Complaint regarding Network issue

Address:Village- Gangali, Post- Chhutmalpur, Disst.- Saharanpur, UP, Pin- 247662

There is a lot of network issue in my area. I am working from home but not able to work properly due to internet issue. There is no proper network and lots of fluctuations in internet speed also. Sometimes internet speed becomes zero for upto 15 to 20 minutes. During that calls got disconnected & conference video calls not able to connect.
I have complaint this to the concerned customer care team also but there is response from them....

Electricity bill wrongly paid

Hi,

I have paid electricity bill using airtel payment gateway. Money got deducted from my account but electricity bill is not paid. I am expecting payment to be made to TSSPDCL but it is showing that payment is wrongly made by airtel to APCPDCLOB. Please find the below info required. I have recharged for my Airtel prepaid number of rupees 599 for 56 days including Disney + Hotstar pack on 24th April 2021 via Airtel thanks application. The recharge was done and all the credits are given to my number except Disney + Hotstar. At the time of wondering, one more message came from Airtel like due to Hotstar account is already activated for your account the data will get incremented. But the data pack also not incremented it...

Hi I am Subhomay Ghosh currently staying in abu dhabi since from 6 months.

I recharge my mobile every 28 days, but suddenly from last month its not working.
I won't be receiving any messages.
When I going to call any number its shows that not registered on network.

Airtel extreme fibre broadband

I registered for airtel broadband on 27th April and the installation team told me they would install the connection on the same day and asked me to make payment. 3 days after making advance payment they are telling me that the connection line does not exist and are not responding on my request for cancellation. I'm escalating this issue here and if I don't receive a proper response soon I will reach out to consumer court for such malpractices....

Bill plan change without my consent
