Hi...bill dated march & april 2012,of the above mentioned number,has been produced to me with my working organization name as bajaj alliance general insurance instead of BHARATI AXA LIFE INSURANCE COMPANY LTD without any request of such given from me which in turn resulted in non payment of my mobile bill payment from my company i.e Bharati axa...have made a complaint...

Since last 15 days ,my Airtel DTH connection( [protected] ) is not working because of technical reasons of channel shifted to SAT 2 ?????. I have registered 1st complaint on 23rd April but till today my complaint is not resolved.After that I registered few more complaints but same is the result .

Every time I spoke to customer care service center they register new complaint but with no result also
their local service...

Fraud with Rs 200 Topup
I am based at Bangalore and have been a loyal customer of Airtel prepaid mobile for almost two years.
I didn't have many problems with their service previously.

On 28th Apr 12, when I did the recharge of Rs 200 through ICICI online, I was in rude shock!!! It gave me a talk time of Rs 1 and also no special balance (the fancy thing Airtel use sometimes). Trans ID is[protected]. br...

I opted for RC26 (sms pack - 100 sms per day) for a month. Then I came to know about RC36 which gives 200 sms/day. When my RC26 got over after a month, I went for RC36. Then the very next day they have deducted Rs.26 saying that the RC26 pack is on auto renewal. On calling customer care, they suggested me to dial *333*0# which is invalid. This is mere cheating. I have registered for DND more than 3 months back. But I still get SMS ads. I complained to the Airtel customercare many times. Each time they would come back with a "your problem has been solved". But the problem still remains. I'm fed up with Airtel customercare. They flount TRAI regulations with so little care!

I have received a missed call on 4th May 2012 at 14 : 19 from +[protected] . As I understand that +92 is Pakistan's code and therefore would like to highlight the issue. I am a Airtel Post Paid Connection user , thus would request you to look into this matter . I have lodged a complaint to the customer care as well

I have been using airtel since so long and have referred lot of my friends ,
but I felt cheated because of airtel poor and cheap quality services.
I took plan for 98 rs (fixed plan for one month) one month back and I have
been charged around 4000 for the first 15 days only . I am really fed of airtel services ....

My complaint is regards to the recharge vouchers the quality of the recharge voucher is very low,when i scratched the voucher with coin the numbers on it got disappeard, Few days ago i called Airtel customer care i gave the serial no of recharge voucher they told me that they gonna credit in my but still i din't get any balance in my account....
