I have bought the Airtel HD box on 16-12-10. My Customer ID is [protected]. With in one month i have noted one problem that my STB got hanged up with in 10 minutes after switching ON the box. I've received one sms fron Airtel Service that as per TRAI, I can only send 3000 sms per bill cycle and since I've crossed this limit, i would not be allowed to send any sms further.
To my best of knowledge, the bill cycle starts on 2nd of every month. If this is so then counting of sms from 2nd to 12th Oct is wrong. I think the earlier bill cycle of month Sept has not been discontinued.
