Problem in Incoming call

Unwanted plan changing

I am currently using Airtel Network and recently they offered for me Airtel to Airtel 10 paise and other networks 30 paise. On August 15, 2011 I have recharged for Rs. 50 and my plan changed without any prior information from Airtel and I have charged for 30 paise for all networks. Billing Concern

Airtel service is getting worse day by day

I have a broadband connection. Earlier my plan was Impatience plan with 4Mbps and 50 GB download limit FUP. Then I requested it to be upgraded to Turbo 150 GB download limit FUP and they said they did that. That was 2 months back.

Today I got a mail from Airtel saying my 25 GB quota is over and for the rest of the billing cycle my speed will go down to 256kbps.

Unwanted Billed amount
