This is to bring to your notice that attached bill is still showing an amount of INR 1537 as due for last month. I had also called up on the customer care but seems like they were least bothered to fix my concern.

I have a broadband connection. Earlier my plan was Impatience plan with 4Mbps and 50 GB download limit FUP. Then I requested it to be upgraded to Turbo 150 GB download limit FUP and they said they did that. That was 2 months back.

Today I got a mail from Airtel saying my 25 GB quota is over and for the rest of the billing cycle my speed will go down to 256kbps.

Hi Sir, I am using Airtel from almost 7 years and of late I am facing a lot of problems with their service. In fact they have been very very irresponsible in treating their loyal customers in a very bad way....
Today I recharged my monthly GPRS pack of Rs. 98 and to my surprise i noticed that i got only 1 GB of data usage!!! All this time I used to get 2GB... 50% reduction... or to say 50% Hike in tari[censored] and without any intimation???...
