Hi

I have a Airtel dsl connection[protected].
Recently Airtel has restricted downloading torrents to 40 Kbps. My broadband connection is freedom 1699 which supports 1 Mbps unlimited.
If this continues I'll get rid of Airtel.
How can they do this. I'm paying for a bandwidth and the cap is one GB so they cannot restrict speed. If they want they can ban sites they feel are illegal but no more....

I had purchased two Sims from Cochin airport on our arrival from Oman on the 10th of June the Sim numbers are 1)[protected] and 2)[protected].We were promised that they have Black berry services and we have to charge each tel by Rs 500 each. we did carry out the same. I never asked for MMS service. But Airtel added this service on its own and has deducted almost Rs 500 without my knowledge from my account. This is unfair practice and amounts to cheating ignorant customers. Despite sending SMS requests to 121 to deactivate the MMS service, the loot continues. IT NEEDS TO BE STOPPED IMMEDIATELY....
