New Broadband connection that I requested at Airtel

Hi... I am Pradeep from Avadi... Its been more than a month that I requested for a Airtel Broadband connection. I have also paid the initial Rs.899 that they requested for, but still waiting for the connection. I have spent almost more than Rs.200 calling my sales rep and the other people he has referred to. Each and everyone would say some reason and after a couple of days, would direct me to a different person. Why do they take applications...

Landline & Internet not working

Address:Delhi

My Land-line Telephone with Broadband internet connection (service provider: AIRTEL) is not working since long (Dead). I have tried to lodge complain through[protected] thrice but on each occasion line is getting disconnected automatically. It is really disgusting and is not expected from a service provider like Airtel. Pl get the complaint rectified at the earliest.

Poor Customer Service

I thought the customer service center in Kodambakkam is one of the worst but latter found that its not just one location but the concept of customer service itself is not there with the private cellular service providers. All of the private service providers are computerised,a good thing, but they dont seem to understand the need of automation.

Airtel Landline services SUCK!! The custmer care simply disconnects the phone whiel you are discussing your problems with them...the customer (s)care insists that the problem reported by us is not correct and whatever we may say, they just mention that there is or was a problem with the handset installed on the fixed line!!

Amazing Airtel....Airtel has just lost it completely and they are not willing to provide any call details...

GPRS not working from last 10 days even after registerling 2 complaints

prepaid balance being deducted automatically without any reason

SERVICE ISSUES

I bought a airtel plug and surf modem...it costed me 3500/- and was promised a lot of things like speed of 256kbps...wherein i only used to get the speed of 15kbps....when tried to return the modem and get a refund by reaching to manager level people...no one listened...looking at the fact that companies in INDIA seriously can loot common people...i gave up and stopped using the modem within 10 days of purchase...and still received a bill...
