sir i applied for a connection of Browser 699-LUPAirtel/KT/FL/21 plan but after two days of activation i was getting speeds of 1mbps. examination reveled that Surf 699Airtel/KT/FL/09 limited plan was activated on my account. i contacted the customer care associate who told me that my plan could not be changed.
it had been clearly mentioned in the customer copy of broadband application form that the intended plan is 512kbps unlimited...

I have applied for disconnection of Airtel Broadband services (Phone No:[protected] on 10 Jan 2011 (Ref No 403020). However even after several reminders the service is still not disconnected.
