my name is yunus motorwala ,i have a prepaid connection of airtel ,my cell no.is [protected] .sir i never told the company office of gujarat. to activate the service of news alert 53030 but they activated it and for this they are deducting 5rupees for every five days. i tried several time to contact customera care executive of airtel but they dont pick my phone .i also send the sms several time...

I am a user of airtel digital tv fro dec 2009.customer id is [protected].

Every time message shows instlation error.before one month engineer have come to resolve the problem and charged 100 rs.

now the problem started again, i have call the engineer,he visited us and told us that your set top box is not working, it requires to change and ask for 1000 rupees also charge 100 rupees for visit.br...
