I had received a call 10 days back stating that all my papers regarding prepaid customer verification are complete and therefore i need not send fresh papers. I am not getting network signal in my house and just outside. I cannot make any calls or attend any calls inside the house, as soon as i get a call i will have to run outside and attend the call... and this Iam not talking about a distant place away from the town. This is within the city limits of bangalore in ramamurthynagar. If iam driving, as soon as i reach in front of my house the call gets disconnected.

I bought a new nokia c3-00 set and it was written on the cover that airtel has a data offer with this set (2gb data free per month for 6 months,and auto activation after inserting the sim with in 24 hrs for prepaid customers). Currently I am from out side of INDIA, I had a post paid mobile connection [protected]. We have requested disconnecting my mobile number on 9th Feb 2010, but still they are charging me for the mobile connection and trying to force me to pay the amount. After sending repeating mail for the issue to look , they are not looking into this. I have even proof of disconnect request signed by airtel customer care.

I had subscribed to Airtel DTH (Ultra Pack) on Feb 1, 2010 and paid Rs 4250 for installation and 1 year subscription fees.

I applied for an Airtel broadband connection on 28th September 2010 and as per the representative I was supposed to get the connection within 3 working days i.e. by 1st of October 2010. I paid a 3 months advance also (Rs. 3300/-) which will offer me a free installation on 1 Mbps plan. As I was not fit enough to make to office (was hospitalized for 1 month) I have an option to work from home for which I required the broadband...

This is regarding a very bad experience with Airtel.

I took the airtel conection [protected],in 2008 but because of my personal problem I decided to close the subscription. I paid all the outstanding bills and convert this no. in prepaid in nov 2008.

the customer care said me that they will send the refund of the security deposit after 45 days...
