Prepaid service active, but not working

Despite repeated complaints, speaking to the call center supervisors, and even
after activation of BIS 399 on the above mentioned cell number (on 1st October-
after 1 week of calling the helpline and spending over Rs.200 on those calls) I
am still not able to access blackberry services on my cell.

Everytime I make a call to the helpline, I get an assurance that the services
will be activated within...

Unsuspected deduction of mobile balance

incoming calls barred

Internet not working - Wrong commitment

I am a user of Airtel Landline & Broadband for last 4 yrs. I use their wireless modem. I got an IPTV service recently for which they have changed my modem. Since then I am facing problem that I need to fix my IP to use internet connection. Once fixed I need to change the same everytime I use my Laptop at other place.
