Airtel Internet pole

I am Sripradha V D/O H Vittal Bhat writing this regarding the inconvenience caused by airtel internet pole which is located in front of main gate.

Fake promotion for ZEE5 subscription

I was using airtel Hd set top box for many years and recently i received a call from customer care saying since i am a priority customer i can upgrade my box to an xtreme set top box where i will get a three months of zee 5 subscription for free.Later after installation they said i need to call customer care for activation of zee 5 which i did. No service No network

Money deducted , no recharge of services

I had recharged for whole year data subscription worth Rs 2700 . I was debited instantly but no recharge, i tried contacting airtel multiples times regardind the issue but once i call their helpline no there is no option to proceed, worst customer care they have .
