Mobile Number Disconnected

I am using an Airtel Prepaid Sim Card (Number [protected]) for the past four years. This has been upgraded three years back as a Lifetime Plan. Its expiry date was showing in the year 2037. Hi ,

I was told by the airtel rep in Nov 14 2009 to take a new connection for WI FI and Airtel IPTV and it would cost 2250.
I made the payment through my American Express card no. [protected] on the 14th of Nov 2009 for Rs 2250 in the airtel Dwarka Sector 5 office ( one on top of Pizza Hut).

GPRS not working while roaming.

I am a regular customer of Airtel from Haldia, West Bengal from last 4 years. I normally use GPRS facility of Airtel. From last 6 times, whenever I move outside my home state I am unable to use the GPRS service. i made regular complaints but there is no response. Rather, once a fake sms that my problem is resolved was sent by customer support.
I am still in roaming and not able to use the service.

Non activation of southern ultra pack

My Customer ID is [protected], had paid Rs.4550/- ( on 13.3.10), executives promised me to activate southern channel ultra pack within 24 hours, till 22.3.10 (0005 hours) it has not been activated.Umpteen calls were made to the executives who then started dilly dallying and delaying by their tactics. Two e mails were sent to their e-mail addresses on 21.3.10 but one reply was sent stating that the complaint will be looked at the earliest....

Tall Empty Promises on free Upgrade from 1Mbps to 2Mbps with a Rs. 100 Add-on !

Telephone companies are the second biggest scammers after the worldwide Pharmaceutical Fraud.

I am on a Freedom 1699 1 Mbps Unlimited plan since December 2009.
