misguiding and providing false information

Airtel executives misguides customera about the GPRS option. Monthly 99. the customer executives and airtel sales people will say that you can access any wap sites using this connection. But they will not tell you that if you access any sites other than Airtel Wap you will be charged extra. Besides that it also does not allow you to access your IMAP or POP emails using built in email clients in phone like Nokia or any other hadnsets. br...

FRAUD ON GPRS CONNECTION

I have a Airtel Corporate connection of 699 since 2008, the same connection now is giving unlimited GPRS service for Rs 99 to all my colleagues in the Office which had the same 249 Rs plan purchased at the same time. Airtel Customer Service is cheating

I complainted Airtel regarding an incoming call issue on 23/04/2009. They told me that the issue will be solved within 24 hours. But I waited for 48 hours, but the issue was not solved. Airtel Mcheck Application

I'm using airtel connection since more than 2 years. Using Mcheck application to pay the bill online. Application was installed on Nokia 3110C handset; was working fine. While due to some network related issue i changed handset to Nokia 7210 Supernova. I have downloaded and activated the virtual card from ICICI Bank as well as Airtel. Then I pay my one bill.

Now since more than 2 months I'm not able to use Mcheck....

9840229744 has not been added to my CUG

My number is [protected] for which i have taken CUG connection with [protected] and [protected] but the number [protected] was not been added to my CUG list and i have charged for the calls made for that number. Inspite of Claimin for the CUG connection i was not given the CUG discounts for the calls made between these numbers. So kindly see to that this number is added to my CUG connection and I get refunded with the discounts for two months....

faking internet connection and looting consumers money

with due respect i want to acknowledge u the fact that airtel comes out everytime with a new plan to loot the innocent consumers.
