Not activated sim card and abuseing customers

I took Airtel prepaid connection on[protected] at 6-30 PM at HSR Layout Airtel Dealer in Bangalore and I submitted all of required documents mention by the company and I paid Rs 498/- . The Dealer is not taking proper responciability. I enquired in this regarding at Airtel office in BTM Layout they are also not helped me and they told that it is dealer's work. Your dealer is doing very worst servicing and

Hi All,
My experience as a retail customer of Airtel was Good.
However, Peoples like Mr. Zubair Khan (Manager - Enterprise Sales, Bharti Airtel Limited., Email ID : zubair.[protected]@airtel.in, Handphone : [protected]) is making customer's life miserable.

fake links on wap to loot.

i was shocked to found my balance being looted every time i browse wap. they send msgs you hv downloaded a java game ring tone or wallpaper. Airtel hv a wide net of fake wapsite which only loot you. u never know how u lost ur money and cce are too incompatible to serve. they deal rudely as compared to postpaid section. and u are left harrassd. u have nothing to argue with. i hv lost 400rs as a part of it. any advices are welcome at [protected]....

Threatening Calls

This mail is in regard with the airtel telephone no. +91 [protected] on the name of Mrs. Jaya Kumar.
I would like to bring into your kind notice that there was a request to activate the advance rental plan on the mentioned number.

Poor Customer service and Billing issues

I had subscribed to MOBILE OFFICE on my GPRS phone last year. IN August 2008 I have sent the SMS for deactivation and got a response saying that it will be deactivated in 24 hours. There after I was never able to use the GPRS service as my phone was not registering with the airtel network for data access. billing dispute

i am going through billing dispute since july. i disconnect my postpiad connection and gave reference number..since dec they have charged me more then 2000 on my credit card... i send several mail and they denied to revert my money... finally they disconncet in oct08 still no apology and not wish to return my money.. i send them mail... i don, t know what to do just unsatisfy..looking to sue company...

my prepaid connection outgoing is barred

I have taken one prepaid conntection with no.[protected] on 7th of November 2008 in Tiruchirappalli Tamil nadu and given my Passport for Identity and Address proof (enclosed in this mail) and on 10th of Nov i got one call from customer care saying that i need to submit my address and identity proof again ( i dont know why) than i submitted my passport copy with one photo in Thillai nagar Airtel outlet shop which is situated in 11th cross but...

Recharge Voucher not working

I got a new prepaid connection from Airtel ([protected]). After it was activated, I bought a recharge voucher for RS.216 from a reseller in Ardee City, Sector 52, Gurgaon, but their system did not accept the voucher. I went to an Airtel outlet in Galleria Market, DLF Phase IV, Gurgaon, and even they could not get the voucher to work though the voucher was found to be valid by the Airtel 121 service.

Require Manual configuration in this format for activation of GPRS

I am using a Chinese Handset that is WAP enabled and requires manual settings in this format. If you could provide me the settings in the below format I will be very much thankful to you. Else I have to change the service provider since I bought this cell simply to use GPRS on my mobile.
