Not Getting the Appropriate Speed

Sir/Madam,
I am using a Broadband connection of 64kbps, plan DSL Home 399 Package from about 10mths. when it is installed i get a speed of over 50kbps but now i am even not getting the speed of 20kbps.due to which disconnection happens many times/connection error, etc

No Network, Invalid Transaction, Call Drop, Late Delivery Report.

I am Using Airtel mobile service from last 2 year, from Few days i have experianced many problem of Call Drop. Invalid transaction made by company as my call rates changes from time to time and facing network problem as there is no network, even to make a call. due to that call drop also happens many times.
Please work on My Complaint to Improve your Services and Customer Satisfaction.

Sir, I was airtel postpaid customer last 5 and 6 years but i convert my airtel postpaid no. recharging through internet

Hi all,

When i was trying to recharge my prepaid account through internet, am getting a mesage after entered all the details (mobile number, amount to be recharged and location) recharge can not be processed at this time. i have been trying this since september middle. but i couldn't finish the process. may i know the exact reason for it is not working? am not here to receive this kind of response from the service provider....

Airtel Broadband download discrepancy

I have been using the Airtel Broadband services for about 6 months now. Recently, I had got my plan changed to 2GB download limit, 512 KBPS to 4GB download limit and 4 MBPS. I have been an airtel postpaid customer since last couple of years.

Dear Sir,
I am balaji Gutte from Pune (Maharastra) my cell no. is [protected] in this no daily resive one meassage and i pay daily one rs. charge i try last 16 days to yet. i daily call a custmer care and told my problem and they told me after 24 hrs this service close on ur number but no this service is continue on my number.

Conversion of Post paid to prepaid

I am a post paid customer and have been using Airtel Post paid connection for last one year. I have been facing a lot of problems ever since i got my post paid connection ([protected]) started.
