Before 1 month I have activated GPRS on my mobile(Biggest mistake in my life).
After 4 days I have send msg for deactivation, but request was not confirmed for deactivation.
Thenafter I have regular deduction on my account balance for GPRS.
I have make many call to Airtel Customer Care representatives, but they only refund my balance, & fail to stop wrongly deduction from my account. If...

and on 8th April i have deactivated my service of gprs at 5pm by
calling customer care.

then the customer care person said it is been deactivated by them .

but the next day i.e from 9th April airtel is charging 14.99rs dailybr...
