Internet very bad network

Incorrect caller name

Debit from airtel payment bank wallet

I have recharge 235 ₹ airtel d2h by paytm and
payment mode is paytm wallet 80.76₹ & airtel payment bank wallet 154.24₹
Total 235 debit both wallet ..
Paytm gives 80.76 at that time but airtel company no give my 154.24 rs.
Whenever call in customer care to worst talk no properly answer .
Many time call in customer care excutive no received call.

giving misleading information in airtel app.

Last month i recharged my number of 100 rupees which was not of any validity. Means in app it doesn't show that this recharge also comes with any validity, but after 28 days they have deducted 45 rupees and there's a message that after another 28 days the remaining amount will also be deducted.
The point of complaint is if app is not showing any validate period of recharge then how come it deducted amount.

Am struggling a lot due to presence of Airtel blue junction box, present in front my house.
My house is only 17ft frontage & this junction box about 3 ft placed exactly in front of my house.
Due to this obstacle, am unable to do construction with CAR parking & proper entrance gate.
